24/7 Networks continues to be here for you!
This past Friday we sent out a notification to alert our clients of the Readiness plan 24/7 Networks has in place to assure we continue to provide support to all of our clients. Today, we are reaching out again to let you know to keep reaching out to us. The update we have is effective tomorrow, 3/17/2020 all of our staff will be working remotely. Business operations will continue to be conducted “normally” , with our staff from their remote sites. Our teams have always had the ability to work remotely, and we have full functionality to support all clients. The health of our clients, staff, partners, and our community is a top priority during this challenging time. We understand the numerous measures being taken within the community to assist with controlling the spread of COVID-19.
We are actively monitoring new developments regarding COVID-19 and in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines as well as the World Health Organization (WHO) and we are prepared to have our staff to work within protected environments as of March 17th, 2020.
Please be assured that our staff continues to be available to provide full support for our clients and partners.
What have we done to prepare:
- All staff of 24/7 Networks are set up to work remote with FULL functionality.
- Support tickets will continue to be processed as normal.
- There will be no change in answering the phones both during and after business hours.
- Working hours remained unchanged. We will keep all clients and partners up to date on any new developments.
- All existing services and support will continue as normal, and we continue to be available to answer any questions and to assist with any issues.
We strive to have an open line of communication and want to assure you that we are prepared and ready as changes and guidelines evolve to assist with this crisis. Again, we are putting safety first, and this is for our staff, our clients, and our partners as well as the community at large. We are staying hopeful that the COVID-19 crisis will improve in the coming weeks. Until then, if or when your organization has the need to have your staff work remotely, we are available to assist with a solution that works for you.
